It seems that things are back to normal.  Cloudflare reports they fixed the problem -- more details here.

Forum Connection Timeouts [July 17, 2020]

We've been monitoring the issues that is happening to Cloudflare (that protects our site).  It seems they are having some issues, so sites that rely on it, will be down and up -- until they fix it.

So if you visit our site and it looks down, just stay patient and revisit after a few minutes later and so on.

Forum is Back Online! [April 14, 2020]

Things seem to be back to normal.  -- If you still see the error page, make sure to clear your browser's cache or press CTRL+F5 several times.
