Forum Security Update [Nov. 18, 2019]

Today we updated our Security Software (back-end) on our forum. Things should be okay like before, but if you get accidentally blocked from our site, please DO NOT panic. Keep calm.

First follow the instructions on the ERROR page on how to contact the forum admin -- a link to an email should be provided so you can click on it. -- (Sorry that this error page will not be in your preferred language, so simply copy paste the text and use some online translator. DO NOT exit the page, let it sit there and use another tab on your browser to search for the translation.

DO NOT refresh the page or etc. since that will cause you to get banned and then you won't see the instructions on how to contact the forum admin.

Just follow the instructions on the ERROR page and provide your forum username. DO NOT provide your password, we will never ask you to give us that for any reason.

If you forget to not refresh the page and all you see now is a white page, then you got perm banned, but try to contact the forum admin here in this blog (just post below) or use any of our social media outlets to get in contact with us (i.e. Blogger, Facebook, and Twitter). The support team will monitor closely those sites during this time to make sure nobody got locked out.

Plus if you manage to temporarily get back online in our forum, simply start a Support Ticket with the forum admin at: Click Here.

Possible reasons why you may get blocked:
  1. you are using an IP address that belonged recently to a hacker/spammer. More details at: http://www.stopforumspam.com/ when an IP Address gets blocked. -- Maybe try using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) -- Just Google It!
  2. your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has been blocked -- nothing we can do. Visit this site to learn how to get it unblocked or switch ISP. -- Maybe try using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) -- Just Google It!
  3. your Country is being blocked -- nothing we can do. -- Maybe try using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) -- Just Google It!
  4. you are using some kind of tool to either scrape or view our site in a wrong way that our Security script finds it suspicious or unwanted -- stop using it!
  5. you are using an outdated "old" web browser and you need to update it.
NOTE: if you go through some of the steps above to solve your issue (i.e. updating your outdated browser or stop using something that was causing the block) and you are still getting blocked, then that means that your IP address has been banned (because you tried several times to visit our site) so the next step is to figure out how to make your Internet Service Provider (ISP) give you a different IP address -- Just Google It!

NOTE 2: keep in mind that we have no control on what the Security Software will block or who it will block. Think of it like an anti-virus software, it's up to the developers of the program to determine what should be blocked or not. In order to reverse a major block like an ISP block then it will be up to them and not us. But do try to contact us, we can always give you some suggestions on how to workaround the block.

Good luck!
